Royal Automation successfully executed the upgrade of the control system at Nakuru Station from an obsolete PLC to a modern Schneider Electric M580 Hot-Standby PLC. The project involved decommissioning the existing PLC, removal from the control room, and installation and termination of the new M580 system. Our team implemented new control logic and SCADA configurations, ensuring enhanced system reliability, improved process visibility, and seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
